You do not need the right words for what is wrong to get in touch.

1. A free 15-minute call

A chance to hear how I work and ask anything. It is not a therapy session, and there is no commitment either way.

2. A first session

We get a sense of what has brought you here, and whether we can work well together. Trust matters more than anything else.

3. Weekly sessions

50 minutes at the same day and time each week, in person or online. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.
